PI Objectives (Light SAFe)

Why this exists, and why it's light: this program never ran a formal SAFe Program Increment (PI) Planning event or Agile Release Train — two teams didn't warrant that overhead (see the Team Charter and Glossary). But Release 1 and Release 2 functioned as informal Program Increments, and it's worth showing that structure explicitly: team-level objectives with business-value scoring, and risks tracked in the SAFe-standard ROAM format (Resolved / Owned / Accepted / Mitigated) — the parts of PI Planning that added real value here, without the full ceremony.
