Singh as the highest-risk story this sprint — third-party SDK's HIPAA-compliant tier requires a separate BAA confirmation from Compliance before go-live testing can start. T. Brannigan confirmed the BAA was already executed during vendor selection, so no blocker, but noted as a dependency to watch.
- MCM-120 (Falcon) depends on MCM-121 (Anchor) being at least API-stubbed by mid-sprint. Both teams agreed to flag this specific dependency at every Scrum-of-Scrums this sprint rather than waiting for a status check at the end — a direct response to the Sprint 2 retrospective action item on surfacing cross-team dependencies earlier.
