Stakeholder Feedback
Dr. L. Nguyen: "The waiting-room state is a nice touch โ patients not knowing whether the app is broken or the provider is just running late has been a real complaint with the old system." No action needed.
M. Delacroix: Asked whether the app is ready for a broader rollout beyond the pilot cohort immediately. C. Tyrrell recommended holding to the planned phased rollout (pilot cohort first, full rollout after Release 2 in Sprint 8) to keep support load manageable โ Sponsor agreed.
Invited provider (pilot group): Asked if intake questionnaire responses could pre-populate into the visit note. Logged as a new backlog candidate (MCM-155) โ not committed, will go through normal refinement/prioritization.
T. Brannigan: Confirmed the pre-cutover validation report is sufficient for Release 1's audit trail requirement; asked for the same report format to be used ahead of Release 2's full historical migration in Sprint 7/8.
Go/No-Go Decision
Decision: GO. All Release 1 acceptance criteria met, zero open P1/P2 defects, data-integrity validation passed, Compliance and Clinical sign-offs obtained. Release approved by M. Delacroix (Sponsor) per the Agile RACI's release-decision accountability. App submitted to App Store/Play Store this sprint; rollout begins with the pilot patient cohort.
