Context
Vantix Health Systems is the vendor of CareLink Classic, the platform MedConnect Mobile replaces. Vantix's announced end-of-support window is what originally drove this program (see Vision & Roadmap, Business Drivers). Offboarding is a one-time, checklist-driven process, distinct from PulseConnect's ongoing vendor management.
