PROGRAM MANAGEMENT DEMONSTRATIONS
Eight complete program suites, each run under a genuinely different delivery model and industry vertical — M&A integration in a health-plan carve-out, PMBOK/waterfall healthcare IT, AI transformation in health insurance, Agile/Scrum mobile health, federal civilian contracting, AS9100 aerospace manufacturing, stage-gate new product development in financial services, and FDA-regulated drug development in pharmaceuticals — to show range across SDLC/PMLC methodologies rather than one playbook relabeled eight times. Every suite carries the same core discipline (a charter, budget, risk log, governance model, test strategy, and steering deck, among others) but built out with whatever that vertical actually requires: a Clean Team protocol governing what may be looked at before close, a transitional-services exit and member identity resolution for M&A integration; EVM and change control boards for PMBOK; AI governance boards, model validation, and a resource-loaded WBS for the AI program; sprint velocity and Definition of Done for Agile; CDRLs and ATO packages for federal contracting; First Article Inspection and MRB for aerospace production; and go/cancel/recycle gate decisions, tranche-released funding and a cross-functional Gate Review Board for stage-gate product development. The last two are both gated, and deliberately not the same thing: the annuity launch is a commercial stage-gate where the board's own criteria decide whether funding continues, and it is documented mid-flight so you can watch the governance while the decisions are still open; the drug program is gated by an external regulator as well as an internal committee, so the binding constraints are statutory review clocks, trial readouts and manufacturing validation rather than a business case alone. One can be stopped by its board; the other can also be stopped by the science.

Team sizes and budgets change across some documents within a suite — on purpose. Every one is a dated, documented decision (a staffing correction or a real scope change), not an inconsistency. See "How to Read This Portfolio" for the reading guide.
