RACI Matrix

Download Word

Responsibility matrix for the CWP-700 Composite Wing Panel Production Program, spanning the Acme Aerostructures delivery team and Meridian Aircraft Co.'s customer-side acceptance authority. The key difference from a purely internal RACI: Meridian holds real, contractual acceptance authority over First Article Inspection and major/structural MRB dispositions — not just stakeholder input.

The 17 hands-on and phase-specific roles added across both staffing corrections to the Resource Plan (Manufacturing Technicians, Autoclave/Cure Technicians, Trim & Drill Technicians, NDT Technicians, Quality Inspectors, the Buyer/Procurement Specialist, the Document Control Specialist, and the EHS & Facilities Coordinator) execute day-to-day production and quality work but roll up under M. Osei (production execution), L. Vance (NDT), R. Kessler (quality inspection), S. Pham (supplier/ procurement), and D. Okafor (document control, EHS, administrative) for RACI purposes below, rather than each carrying a separate column — the same convention the Federal suite uses for its own delivery-team roll-up.

¹Staffing changes within C. Tyrrell's standing authority follow the row above as shown. The 14→25-person correction documented in RAIDD Decision D-05 was large enough to exceed that standing authority and escalated to Acme's VP of Operations for formal approval — a one-time governance escalation, not a recurring RACI activity, so it isn't given its own column here. See Program Governance for the full escalation path and decision-rights detail behind this matrix.
