The full resource-loaded schedule for Project Catalyst. Every work task names an accountable owner (a single point of accountability) plus the named contributors doing the work. Genuine group activities also carry a team tag rather than pretending each member has a discrete line item. All 253 working staff come from the Resource Plan and Org Chart; the 9-member Executive Steering & Governance Board governs rather than executes, so it carries no task assignments.

Staff ebb and flow by role and phase. Each person's allocation carries through from the Resource Plan: a 100% engineer shows deep, sustained work, while a 15% executive sponsor or a 25% Chief Medical Officer shows many brief touchpoints across the program. Assignment units and effort hours are derived from that allocation, so the plan reflects genuine part-time and advisory loading instead of assuming everyone is full-time. Engagement windows run from short specialist stints of about two months to the full 35 months for core roles. Percent-complete is calculated against the 11 September 2026 status date. Import the MS Project XML and the resource units, work hours and dependencies come across intact.

How this reconciles. Schedule % complete here is duration-weighted across work tasks; the Program Dashboard reports budget-weighted % complete (2.0%) for EVM — two different, standard measures of the same 11 Sep 2026 position. Effort hours cover scheduled work-package effort for the assignments shown; they are not total program labour hours, and the authoritative cost baseline remains the Program Budget ($99.0M, $61.2M labour). This plan is the scheduling view of the same scope the WBS Budget Rollup costs at work-package level (7 elements / 64 work packages); this view decomposes those packages into tasks and subtasks for resource loading.
