Multi-Year WBS Console

Download Word

The Work Breakdown Structure is the program's scope backbone — every dollar, deliverable, and dependency traces to a WBS element. This console decomposes Project Catalyst into 7 top-level elements and 64 work packages across the five delivery/cross-cutting workstreams and three years. Element 1.0 Program Management is the PMI-standard management element; elements 2.0–6.0 are the five workstreams defined in the Program Management Plan; element 7.0 is the Year-3 optimization, benefits, and closeout leg. Budget rolls up to the three annual Statement-of-Work envelopes exactly. Expand any element to see its work packages, owners, phase mapping, milestone dates, and current status. Status as of Friday, 11 September 2026 — Week 4, Phase 0 (Foundation).

This console is the budget rollup view — scope and cost at work-package level. For the resource-loaded schedule, where those same work packages decompose into 829 tasks and subtasks with named owners, dependencies and dates, see the Resource-Loaded WBS & Project Plan (downloadable as Excel and MS Project).
