Reporting Structure & Notes
- Full reporting-line diagram is maintained in the Org Chart — this page intentionally doesn't duplicate that structure, only the staffing/cost view of the same roster.
- P. Sundaram is the program's only offshore resource — a single offshore QA contributor integrated under R. Whitfield's onshore QA/Test Lead role, not a standalone offshore team or function of his own.
- Part-Time allocations (Alaoui, Sharma, Fenwick, Donnelly, Kowalski) reflect oversight/governance functions that don't require full-time engagement across the program's full duration, unlike the delivery-critical roles above them.
- Staffing changes exceeding the Program Manager's standing authority follow the escalation path in the Program Governance Model.
